Exploring Tbilisi, Exploring Georgia
About this experience
Want to get closer not only to the Georgian capital, but to the whole of Georgia? Tbilisi has absorbed the soul of the country and the philosophy of its people. I will take you to the monument "Chronicle of Georgia" and introduce you to the amazing Georgians of the past and present. We will explore the Old Town and show you the best panoramas of Tbilisi. And there will also be a wine tasting in the program.
What to expect
Monument "Chronicle of Georgia" and paradise garden
First of all, we will head to Tbilisi Sea - here on a hill stands a memorial complex designed by Zurab Tsereteli. The impressive monument is often called the Georgian Stonehenge. And this is the perfect place to delve into the past of Sakartvelo! You will leaf through 30 centuries of the country's biography and get to know the fates of great personalities, whose traces can be traced through time to our days. The picturesque views of the surroundings will be a bonus.
Then we will definitely visit Gardenia Shevardnadze - this is a beautiful well-groomed garden created by the hardworking entrepreneur Zurab Shevardnadze. In the warm season, it's so pleasant to enjoy a cup of coffee, admiring the flowers and greenery - that's what we will do :)
Holy Trinity Cathedral
We will visit the largest cathedral of the Georgian Orthodox Church in Tbilisi.
Holy Mountain Mtatsminda
We will ascend to the mosaic temple, where a monk will tell you about the holy apostle David.
Cultural tour with a soul
- In the Pantheon you will hear stories of people particularly revered in Georgia.
- You will walk from the district of Sulfur Baths to Fig Gorge with a waterfall.
- You will find the sculpture of "Tamada" and stop for a free wine tasting.

You will find an exhibition of traditional Georgian clothing and weapons in this museum. This museum was opened by the enthusiastic ethnoguide David Nasaridze, who wears a chokha daily. If you wish, you can try on traditional Georgian costumes, hold a sword, and have a photo shoot.
