Program
In one day, I will show you all the famous places of Kakheti: ancient historical monuments, unique Georgian architecture, and the best wineries surrounded by the grand and beautiful nature of the Caucasus. I will tell you the history of these places and all of Georgia, about the mentality and life of the Georgian people, and about the unique Georgian winemaking.
Along the way, there will be the residence of the Kakhetian kings, the estate-museum of Alexander Chavchavadze, the first capital of the Kakhetian Kingdom, and an ancient monastery complex. Excursions to wineries and wine tastings and other beverages. The city of love with a wonderful view of the Alazani Valley with its vineyards and the snow-capped range of the Caucasus Mountains, as well as traditional Kakhetian cuisine dishes and a couple of pleasant surprises.
You will discover the famous Kakheti, get acquainted with its main symbols, enjoy the beauty and hospitality of the sunny grape-growing region, and even in cool weather, you will take away only the warmest memories.
