Along the way, I will tell you about the true Georgian traditions, the sacred significance of wine in the culture of the people, as well as the history of ancient architectural and religious monuments that have become symbols of the region.
What to expect
Everything you need to know about Kakheti
I will tell you the history of each place of our journey, you will learn about the uniqueness of monuments, the mentality and life of the Kakhets, grape growing, and wine production. I will help you discover the famous Kakheti, introduce you to the history of its main characters and the centuries-old traditions of the region. As a result, you will enjoy the beauty and hospitality of the sunny vineyard land and even in cool weather, you will take away only the warmest memories from here.
Ancient temples, fortresses, and wineries
You will drive through the beautiful, mountainous serpentine of Gombori, visit one of the main centers of Georgian culture and history - the estate of the Chavchavadze princes. Twice you will cross the Alazani Valley, admiring the vine winding along the roads, near monasteries and churches, by the ruins of ancient fortresses. Visit ancient abandoned cities, such as the disappeared city of Gremi overlooking the Alazani Valley, Shuamta monastery with its extensive history of formation, as well as wineries where you will taste wine and other drinks and try traditional Kakhetian cuisine.

- Shuamta. New and Old Monasteries.
- Telavi. Old town and residence of the Kakheti kings "Batonis Tsikhe".
- Telavi. Winery "Vaziani Company" or family winery "Mildiani".
- Gremi. Gremi Castle. History of the birth of the Kakheti Kingdom.
- Qvareli. Winery Corporation "Kindzmarauli".
- Tsinandali. Estate of the Chavchavadze princes.
- Tsinandali. Winery "Shumi".
- Mountain serpentine of the Gombori pass with many wonderful views of Kakheti.

- The guide reserves the right to adjust the places of visit to wineries and tastings
- Since no one will rush you and time your travel - the lunch will be a bit late
- If we manage to stay on time, as a bonus from me - the opportunity to participate in a master class on preparing a Georgian delicacy - Churchkhela
How the tour goes:
- This is an individual tour and the guide does not gather groups. The tour can be conducted for 5 - 6 participants, with an additional fee of 25 euros per each additional participant paid to the guide
- Individual calculation of the tour cost is possible depending on an increase in the number of participants
