What to expect
Inside Vilnius
Walking around Vilnius, you will peek into old courtyards and hear what was happening in them in the distant 16th century. You will walk along the narrowest street in the historical center and may hear the music of Lithuanian composer Čiurlionis – as his museum is nearby. You will also explore the local university, find the Jewish quarter, and see the inner courtyard of the Presidential Palace from above.
Main city temples
You will visit the most beautiful churches in Vilnius: the Cathedral Basilica, the chapel of Lithuania's patron saint St. Casimir, and St. Anne's Church, admired by Napoleon. You will also see the Church of the Holy Spirit, where the relics of the Vilnius martyrs John, Anthony, and Eustatius are kept, as well as one of the main symbols of the Lithuanian capital – the Holy Gates with the miraculous icon of the Mother of God.
