About this experience
Welcome to the magical world of Georgian cuisine, where exquisite flavors and aromas will be your reliable companions on a culinary journey! You will learn the secrets of perfect dough and elegant shaping, try your hand at making khinkali and khachapuri, and then enjoy the dishes created by your own hands with a glass of juice or wine.
What to Expect
At the master class, you will go through all the stages - from preparing and rolling out the dough to working with spices and shaping. Please note: the dough for khachapuri will be prepared in advance (it needs 2-3 hours to rise), but we will explain in detail how to make it.
So, the program includes:

- We will start with khinkali: you will learn to make the perfect dough, juicy and flavorful filling, as well as weave beautiful folds and properly twist the tails.
- Then we will move on to the main gastronomic pride of Adjara - khachapuri Adjarian style. You will uncover the secrets of the perfect dough, learn which cheese to use for the best taste, and try to make the boat-shaped flatbreads yourself.
- After the master class, we will sit down to enjoy our dishes with a glass of fresh juice or wine from the local winery.

I really enjoyed the tour! Starting from the transfer, everything was explained on how and when to get there. The organizer was in touch. The master class had a very cool atmosphere. There was plenty of food :) enough for everyone and even leftovers.

When we arrived at the location, there was no one else besides us, and we had a very cozy atmosphere during the workshop. We were able to film the entire workshop for ourselves, clarify many nuances of preparing Georgian dishes. Overall, a great experience.
