About this experience
Arguably, no culture in the world is as closely connected to cuisine as Georgian. What to Expect
Appetizing masterclass: Discover Georgia through its cuisine
It's hard to choose just a few dishes from our rich cuisine - each of them tells the story of different regions and recipe traditions. We decided to focus on the most popular gastronomic highlights. So, you will prepare Adjarian khachapuri (the famous “boats”). Learn about the differences between various types of pastries, how it is related to their regions of origin, what other types of cheese pies exist in Georgia, and what khachapuri should not be confused with. You will also make a traditional walnut dressing for a vegetable salad - its recipe has many nuances! And prepare the pride of Georgian cuisine - khinkali - pouches of dense dough filled with juicy meat filling and aromatic broth.
Family feast: traditions and unique atmosphere
After working diligently on preparing the dishes, all that remains is to appreciate their presentation and taste in the company of like-minded people. During the culinary evening, you will take part in a traditional feast in a warm family atmosphere, of course, with wine tastings. Hospitality is in the blood of Georgians, and only here you can appreciate the amazing art of engaging in heartfelt conversations with guests as if you have known each other since childhood. This evening will linger in your memories of Georgia for a long time.
