Описание
I will show you a different Rome - shrouded in mysteries, enigmas, and wonders. You will walk through narrow alleys rarely visited by tourists, admire luxurious mansions and ancient monuments. Discover eerie yet fascinating events from the past, learn about extraordinary personalities, paranormal phenomena, and ancient curses.
What to Expect
Mysterious stories and picturesque Trastevere
We will meet at one of the most beautiful squares in Rome, from where charming streets will lead us to the square where Giordano Bruno was burned. We will talk about the inquisition, customs of bygone eras, past dramas, and the most notable and scandalous Roman citizens.
After crossing the Tiber, accompanied by the spirit of the river - Tiberinus - we will find ourselves in the legendary district of Trastevere. Its quarters will greet us with the aromas of coffee and cozy gelaterias. We will visit the ancient church of St. Mary - I will tell you about the miracles of the icon, sometimes flying above the clouds, sometimes floating on the sea, and for centuries bestowing grace upon people.
The Jewish Ghetto
Crossing the Tiber again, we will enter the Jewish Ghetto area. Incredible legends are intertwined with its tragic history: you will hear about events from ancient times, about the Turtle Fountain, built in one day, about medieval executions, and events from the time of Mussolini.
Secrets of the Capitoline Hill
The third part of the tour is the place of the great Caesar's death. We will climb the Michelangelo staircase, and at the top, we will enjoy views of the Roman Forum from the panoramic platform, find the legendary she-wolf on the first of the seven hills of Rome, and uncover secrets together!
