Rome is not only the Colosseum, Pantheon, and Forum. If you have already seen the top attractions, I invite you to a tour of less obvious places. Together we will stroll through the romantic Trastevere, ancient Ghetto, and picturesque Orange Garden on the Aventine Hill. You will see how diverse Rome can be and fall in love with it even more!
What to expect
Ancient Roman Artifacts. You will admire the temples of Portunus and Hercules, preserving the spirit of the vanished empire. Get acquainted with the history of the Marcellus Theatre, a model for the Colosseum. You will also see the Great Circus - the largest ancient hippodrome and stadium.
Orange Garden. Located on the picturesque Aventine Hill, it will offer us a magnificent panorama of Rome. Next to the garden is the mysterious territory of the Order of Malta. I will show you a secret door, peering into the keyhole of which you can see three states at once.
Jewish Ghetto. This is the smallest district in Rome, a true repository of history where the destinies of the city and its ancient Jewish community intertwine. Strolling through its winding streets, we will enjoy the charm of bygone times and talk about the events that took place here.
Trastevere. An ancient, quiet, and very romantic district. Known for its narrow streets, majestic basilicas, atmospheric restaurants, and the best food in the city. Here you can experience the famous Italian 'dolce vita'.
In addition, we will visit some ancient churches: admire their interior decoration and medieval mosaics.
