About this experience
I invite you to my bar for a tasting of Georgian chacha, Georgian cheeses, pickles, and churchkhela, during which you will learn all about the production of these products. During the preparation of chacha, its features will be revealed to you, and during the feast, the rules of consumption.

Family traditions
I will tell you all about chacha: how to make it, how to drink it and from what, with whom and on what occasion! I will teach you how to distinguish its varieties and share the secret technology, tell you about the discoveries of leading research organizations related to the culture of wine drinking and the health benefits of this wonderful beverage. We will raise a toast to acquaintance and treat ourselves to the best snacks: farm cheeses, homemade pickles, and traditional churchkhela. You will learn how to cook the ancient national sweet and take a piece of Georgia with you!
Organizational details
- The master class includes tasting 6 varieties of chacha, of your choice from more than 50 varieties we have, tasting different types of Georgian cheeses, pickles, and churchkhela with familiarization of their preparation
- For groups of 10-20 people, the preparation of chacha is demonstrated using a distillation apparatus and the performance of Georgian songs on national musical instruments
- Optionally, a photo session in Georgian national costumes with musical instruments and attributes is possible
- For an additional fee, you can also order cocktails with chacha and wine, Georgian national dishes, alcoholic beverages, and buy your favorite wine and chacha right here
