About this experience
I invite you to my wine bar for a tasting of Georgian wines, cheeses, and churchkhela, during which you will learn all about the production of these products, the differences between the same type of wine grown in different regions of Georgia, the hard work of grape growers, the types of cheese, and the process of making churchkhela. And you will be able to participate in making chacha!
What to expect
- Tasting of 7 types of wines, representatives from various microzones of Georgia (Kakheti, Imereti, Kartli, Racha, Lechkhumi, Mukuzani, Akhasheni).
- Tasting of different Georgian cheese varieties.
- Tasting of various types of churchkhela with an introduction to their preparation.
- Optional photoshoot in Georgian national attire with musical instruments and attributes.
- For groups of 10-20 people, performance on national instruments and Georgian songs.
Organizational details
For an additional fee, you can also order cocktails with chacha and wine, Georgian national dishes, alcoholic beverages, and purchase your favorite wine and chacha on the spot.
