You will meet cheese-making experts, taste local wines. And I will complement the trip with stories about winemaking in the Caucasus and aristocratic leisure on the waters. Of course, no intrigue is complete without it - one story with kefir alone is worth it!
What to Expect
Discoveries at the Cheese Factory
Cheese tasting, a lecture from an experienced cheese maker, and a tasting set from the chef - how about starting your day like this? We will visit a private cheese factory in Pyatigorsk, which has repeatedly won awards at all-Russian competitions. You will delve into the secrets of cheese-making, and then in a beautiful hall with panoramic windows, enjoy dishes from the chef.
The tasting set will include:
- 5 types of cheese from young to aged
- pizza "Quarantaquattro Formaggi" (44 cheeses)
- choice of ravioli with marble beef and wine-truffle sauce or with local salted cottage cheese, green onions, and Tuscan sauce
- tiramisu with orange curd
- coffee or tea, water
Additionally, you will be able to choose wine to accompany the set.
To the vineyards!
Now we head out of town: in an idyllic mountain valley, vineyards and a private winery will greet us. I will tell you what connects this location with the best wineries in Bordeaux, Piedmont, and Veneto. And after the tour, you will appreciate 8 samples of local wine - and life is beautiful!

We return to Pyatigorsk - straight to a modern gastropub, where new culinary trends have merged with local color and traditional products. What a combination! Let's try local delicacies and, of course, discuss what we have seen and tasted.

Organizational Details
- We start at 12-13 o'clock to have time to see all the beauty before dark
- We start at the cheese factory (it's better to take a taxi there from the center, it's a bit far to walk), ending in the center of Pyatigorsk
- Booking the tour is possible only after the guide's confirmation, as I will need to contact all locations and coordinate the day and time of our visit
What is included in the price and what is not
- The price includes the organization and booking of tastings, my accompaniment, and transfer to and from the winery
- Tastings and meals are paid separately:
- Cheese factory (10,000 rubles per group of up to 4 people)
- Winery (7,000 rubles per group of up to 5 people)
