What to expect
- Jinvali Reservoir. Between 3 ridges, you will see a reservoir that supplies Tbilisi with drinking water.
- Ananuri - a fortress of the Aragvi dukes. You will hear the history of the citadel, see a unique fresco depicting the Judgment Day, and take beautiful photos.
- Arch of Friendship. In the resort of Gudauri, you will see a famous structure, admire the views of the canyon, and the guide will explain why this arch appeared here.
- Trinity Church in Kazbegi. From here, you will glimpse at the majesty of Mount Kazbek - one of the most famous peaks in the Caucasus. The guide will tell you about the history of the church and show the hall where local elders enforced the law and resolved pressing regional issues.
- Cafe in Kazbegi, from the terrace of which you have a beautiful view of the Trinity Church, Gergeti, and the town of Kazbegi. Let's have a cup of coffee and enjoy the local beauties.
