Our route is the most convenient option for visiting the most significant places of Southern Sinai. You will have time to climb the sacred mountain before sunrise, enjoy the silent desert nature, meditate, visit the ancient Christian abode - St. Catherine's Monastery, and get to know the locals of the town of Saint Catherine.
What to expect
Evening among the Bedouins in Saint Catherine
We will arrive in the town of Saint Catherine in the evening. You will stay in a camp (a Bedouin guest house), have dinner in a unique atmosphere. Then you will sit by the campfire to the melodies of nomadic Bedouin tribes and try local fragrant tea with herbs or coffee. After dinner, you will have time to relax and prepare for the important upcoming event.
Mount Moses
At 2 a.m., you will head to Mount Sinai, where the prophet received the 10 commandments from God. From a height of 2285 meters, you will enjoy an impressive view of the surroundings in the rays of the rising sun. The sight is truly captivating! On the mountain, you will see the cave where Moses hid for 40 days and 40 nights, an ancient 6th-century church, as well as an ancient mosque.
St. Catherine's Monastery
Afterward, you will visit the ancient Orthodox monastery. It is believed to be located on the very spot where God spoke to Moses. You will see Moses' well, the chapel of the Burning Bush, the Church of St. Helena - the very first church in Sinai, and the mosque of Hakim.
On the way back, you will drive through the resort town of Dahab, where you will have lunch at a seaside restaurant.

14:30 - return to the hotel
Organizational details
- The price includes transfer, accommodation in double rooms, meals in the camp (dinner + breakfast + water and tea), lunch in Dahab, services of a Russian-speaking guide, services of a Bedouin guide on Mount Moses, entrance tickets to the monastery
- Separately (if desired), donations at the monastery, entrance to the icon gallery ($3), souvenirs, drinks at the restaurant are paid
- Take your passport, cash, headgear, and sunscreen
