What to Expect
Manavi Village: Taste chacha, churchkhela, pastila, and honey. Optionally, take a photo in a traditional costume against the backdrop of a vineyard.
Badiayuri Village: See how traditional shoti bread is made in a clay oven with firewood and optionally participate in the process. Also, taste local cheeses.
Bodbe Monastery: Visit the basilica of St. Nino and immerse yourself in the spirituality of this place.
Signagi Town: Learn about the 18th-century fortress's history while enjoying breathtaking views of the Alazani Valley.

In fact, the trip takes 13 hours. Too many unnecessary stops. The place with bread and churchkhela tasting is unnecessary. The restaurant at the end is expensive and not tasty.
