About this experience
A cycling tour of Warsaw is a great opportunity to get to know the city for all those who love active leisure and have skills in riding a city bike.
What to Expect
Over the course of three hours, we will see the Old Town of Warsaw, ride along defensive structures, gothic churches, and royal palaces, visit Castle Square and Krakowskie Przedmieście with its famous palaces (also the residence of the President of Poland), see the green heart of the city - the royal Saxon Garden, the Library of the University of Warsaw with a rooftop garden, river boulevards, and much more.
After a rest by the Vistula River, we can visit the palace-park ensemble of the Royal Baths Park or cross the Vistula River and ride along the right bank of the city, through Praga and Saska Kępa, founded at the end of the 16th century by French and Flemish Protestants fleeing religious persecution to Poland. Today, it is a bohemian-artistic district with cozy courtyards, art galleries, and a unique atmosphere.
Along the way, depending on your interests, I can delve into the history of Warsaw and the Polish people or talk about the daily life of the city's residents today.
According to individual preferences, the tour route can be entirely on flat terrain and bike paths.
