Additionally, you will climb to Monolithos Castle and swim at the convergence of two seas: the tranquil Mediterranean and the tumultuous Aegean. You will also visit the village of winemakers Embona, where a colorful Greek host will conduct a wine tasting for you, as well as offer olive oil, cheese, and honey.
