About this experience
Pilaf is a legend of Central Asian cuisine, and of all its variations, the Samarkand version is considered the best. In a cozy apartment, you will be greeted by a hospitable hostess, introduced to the traditions of making the 'right' pilaf, and invited to the set dastarkhan. In Samarkand, pilaf is prepared in many establishments from 12:00 to 13:00. Our master class takes place daily, at any time convenient for you!
What to expect
How to cook zirvak, what type of rice to use for Samarkand pilaf, what ingredients are included in the authentic recipe? These and other secrets will be revealed to you in the company of locals. In addition, the hostess who will conduct the master class is not only a connoisseur of national home cooking, but also a professional chef, so you will learn the skills of preparing a gourmet masterpiece.
