What to expect
Master class and friendly gathering
We will start with a visit to the local market. I will explain how to distinguish good Uzgen rice, which carrots to choose, and how to bargain like locals in Osh. Then we will go to my home. Under the guidance of a family chef, you will participate in slicing, frying, boiling, and stewing the plov. While it is cooking, take a walk around our community: immerse yourself in the local culture, way of life, and architecture. Finally, we will invite you to a heartfelt gathering in a cozy green courtyard with a trestle bed and a hearth.
