The master class will take place in a local house. The hospitable hostess will prepare all the ingredients in advance: fresh meat, rice, vegetables, and aromatic spices. Then you will start cooking pilaf together: chopping, frying, cooking, and stewing. When the dish is ready, we will spread Uzbek mats 'kurpachi' and arrange a feast on them in the best traditions of the East. In addition to pilaf, we will treat you to traditional flatbreads, green tea, and sweets.
