What to Expect

From the list below, you can choose any 3 sites that interest you the most. During the tour, the guide will not only tell you about pharaohs and pyramids, but also introduce you to the country's history and the lives of modern Egyptians. So, the program includes:

• Giza Complex. Among the densely populated city, rise the true wonders of the world that have come down to us from ancient times. You will see the pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure, as well as the Great Sphinx.

• Garbage City - one of the most unusual districts of Cairo, existing since the 1970s. The residents of this 'city within a city' are engaged in collecting garbage for recycling and disposal. Here is also located the Monastery of Saint Simon the Shoemaker - a unique Coptic religious complex carved into the rock.

• Egyptian Museum - a treasure trove with over 120,000 artifacts. I will show you the most significant ones.

• Al-Muizz Street and Khan el-Khalili Market. We will stroll along the most famous street in Africa and Egypt. While you leisurely admire its magnificence, I will tell you its unusual history. We will also visit ancient madrasas and medieval mosques. Nearby is another famous attraction - Khan el-Khalili Market. It is a true oriental bazaar, where colorful fabrics, glimmer of gold, and scents of spices and coffee will transport you into an Arabian fairy tale.

• Cairo Citadel - a fortress built in the 12th century, where one of the most beautiful mosques of the city is located - Alabaster Mosque. We will definitely go inside.

• Coptic Quarter of Cairo, where numerous Christian churches are located, including the Saints Sergius and Bacchus Church. It is in this area that the Holy Family stopped with the infant Jesus. I will show you the legendary places associated with world history.

• The tour is conducted in a comfortable car with air conditioning or a minivan depending on the number of participants. There is always drinking water in the vehicle.
• We will pick you up from the airport or your hotel and drop you back after the tour
• Optionally, for an additional fee, we can stop for lunch at a cafe
• The tour will be conducted by me or another guide from our team
