About this experience
I offer an informative trip to the brewery in Pilsen, where almost 200 years ago the world-famous Pilsner Urquell beer production started.
On October 5, 1842, the Pilsner Urquell beer was first introduced - the best beer in the world, as it is presented at a beer bar in Montmartre. The city of Pilsen was declared the Cultural Capital of Europe in 2015.
Program
On the way, I will tell you about the history of the brewery, the city of Pilsen, and of course, about beer: I successfully completed beer sommelier courses at the Munich Beer Institute and know a lot about this beverage.
The journey to Pilsen will take about an hour, every day at 12:00, a tour in Russian is held at the brewery. Duration - 50 minutes. You will not only see the brewing process but also have the opportunity to see beer yeast under a microscope in the museum - the ones that make beer what it is. Walk through the brewery cellars, where you will have a tasting of unique beer that can only be tried there, deep underground, straight from the oak barrel.
After the tour, if you wish, you can have lunch at the signature restaurant 'Na Spilce' - an excellent choice of traditional Czech dishes and a wide range of Pilsner beer, including the excellent 'Master'.
At the brewery shop, you can buy all local beer brands, beer mugs with the brewery's logo, and numerous accessories and souvenirs.
