You will learn about brewing beer in the Middle Ages, why the best brewers were monks, which law regulates brewing in Germany, and where modern beer technologists are trained.
Of course, you will get acquainted with the drinking culture in Munich. You will hear about who the 'Stammgäste' are, where the Big Munich Six's beer is poured, and what beer gardens are.
