About this experience
Wine tours in Kakheti have always been one of my favorites, and recently I have become a winemaker myself and now I am ready to help you take a look at the traditional process of making Georgian wine from the inside. You will visit the professionals-organics, learn about the intricacies of grape growing and wine production, and also taste several of its wonderful varieties.
What to Expect
Organic Winemaking
Today in Georgia there is a whole pleiad of organic winemakers who make the purest, natural and professional wines, the taste and aroma of which are a feeling of true happiness, and we Georgians, despite the various difficulties, know exactly what this is. Wines made from organic grapes are the hallmark of Georgian winemaking in Europe. Among many varieties, amber saperavi stands out: thickly flowing down the walls of the glass, it offers to immerse yourself and stop the moment.
Visiting Kakhetian Winemakers
You will get acquainted with the traditions of wine production while visiting the professionals in their field. At the first stop, you will taste white varieties of organic wines mtsvane and rkatsiteli, as well as try Gurian sheep cheese, which goes hand in hand with churchkhela. The next winemaker will offer you, in addition to white wines, red varieties and a magical homemade lunch, harmoniously combined with a full bouquet of the offered pearl wines. You will discover not only the technique of creating the legendary drink, but also understand how this mysterious process is reflected in the mentality and philosophy of life of the people of Kakheti.
Do not postpone acquaintance with real Georgian wine, raise a glass to our soon meeting!

Perhaps the most important thing to note about this wine tour is not just the wine itself, ...
