About this experience
In the vicinity of Batumi, there are numerous amazing places to discover. In a group of up to 20 people, you will travel along the Black Sea coast, stopping at the most interesting spots: both natural and historical. Visit a folklore show with songs and dances, taste Adjarian cuisine, and fall in love with Georgia even more.
What to expect
- Monument and waterfall of St. Andrew the First-Called. Learn about the arrival of the Saint in Georgia and how he preached Christianity here.
- Gonio Fortress. Built in the ancient period, it was a political, economic, and cultural center on the eastern border of Rome. We will show you what remains of it today.
- Rivers Chorokh and Adjaristskali. Rising to the observation platform, you will see the picturesque place where they merge.
- Mirveti Waterfall. You will remember not only the 30-meter waterfall itself but also its magical surroundings: rocks, boxwood forest, and lush vegetation.
- Queen Tamar's Bridge. One of the highlights of mountainous Adjara. We will reveal how it was built in the 12th century and why it has no railings.
- Folklore show and national dishes. We will stop at a friendly guesthouse that will greet you with dances, songs, and delicious food.
