About this experience
Sintra is a UNESCO World Heritage site. There are many attractions within its territory. In one day, you will visit iconic parks and palaces, one of which is located on a hill. You will visit Cape Roca, where, as the poet Luís de Camões said, 'the land ends and the sea begins'. You will enter the Devil's Mouth and learn about the penultimate king of Portugal.
What to expect
Two palaces
In the historic center of Sintra, you will visit two gems of the city - the palaces and their parks. Strolling through the Regaleira Palace park, you will immerse yourself in the world of an alchemist and philanthropist and learn the secrets of its construction. And in the Pena Palace park, you will conquer the summit of the mountain, on which the fairytale house stands.
Lunch (optional) and Cape Roca
After a nice walk, it's time to recharge in a Portuguese restaurant, which we can choose on the day of the tour - it can be in Sintra or by the ocean.
After enjoying a gastronomic delight, we will head to the edge of the world - Cape Roca, where you will feel like Portuguese sailors.
Portuguese Riviera
You will descend from the mountain along the coast through Guincho Beach and visit the famous Devil's Mouth gorge. And then you will find yourself on the charming Portuguese Riviera - Cascais and Estoril. Here I will tell you the story of the penultimate king of Portugal.
Having gained a lot of impressions and taken cool photos, we will return along the ocean and the Tagus River waterfront.
