About this experience
Kunming is one of the main cities in Southern China. You will see its landmarks: the ancient Buddhist temple Yuantong and the fairy-tale beautiful Cuihu Park. You will also walk along the city's oldest street and observe authentic local life. We will tell you how Kunming has developed and what it lives on today.
What to expect
Yuantong Temple. We will visit the ancient Buddhist temple, picturesquely located at the foot of Mount Luofeng. Its history spans over 1200 years. You will admire the elegant octagonal pavilion in the center of the complex, Buddha statues, and well-kept park.
Cuihu Park. A green oasis in the city center. You will stroll along the lake shore and immerse yourself in the atmosphere of tranquility prevailing here. If you're lucky, you'll see lotus blossoms!
City's oldest street. Kunming has preserved only one historical street - we will definitely stroll along it. You will see a century-old pharmacy, appreciate houses in traditional style, and optionally try local food.
