About this experience
Georgian cuisine is not only about khinkali and shashlik. Throughout the year, our table is abundant in vegetables and fruits, and fasting Georgian dishes are very diverse. You will prepare hot lobio using my great-grandmother's old recipe, bake mchadi - corn flour flatbreads, make a salad with nut dressing, and create a seasonal vegetable dish.
What to expect
In a welcoming home environment, you will immerse yourself in the world of Georgian food with its incredible flavors and aromas. You will prepare four delicious dishes - I will be there to assist you at every step.
I will share family recipes, unusual ingredients, and regional differences in fasting cuisine. We will also discuss Georgian spices - they are what make the dishes so delightful and vibrant.

Organizational details
I will provide all the necessary cooking equipment. However, please bring containers in case you do not finish eating everything on-site and want to take some food with you.
