Georgians have made their cuisine not only magically delicious but also vibrant, original, exquisite, unique, and unforgettable. Therefore, the national cuisine has absorbed the best culinary traditions of many nations of the South Caucasus, as well as Asia and the Black Sea region.
Appetizing Masterclass
At the home of a Tbilisi resident under her attentive guidance, you will cook khinkali and khachapuri yourself and taste delicious homemade wine prepared in the family of a chef using ancient Georgian technology.
The host-cook will gladly share the recipes of all dishes with you and tell you about the intricacies of their preparation. Upon request, you can order a festive cake or dessert if you have a special occasion. And afterwards, in a cozy home stop, you will enjoy the delicious treats you prepared and learn a lot about Georgian cuisine, traditions, and the life of Tbilisi residents!
Organizational Details
- The masterclass takes place in the city center (within walking distance from Avlabari metro station) in a small kitchen studio at the chef's private house
- The masterclass can be held for a larger number of people, the cost for groups of 3 or more people will be 35 euros per person
