Group excursion in Eger: lace mountains, thermal baths and baroque town
About this experience
This group excursion will introduce you to an interesting region of Hungary and allow you to relax. In one day, you will bathe in healing thermal springs and admire the white hills. You will stroll through Eger, a Baroque town of medieval legends. And in the third part, you will have a delicious lunch and taste the famous wines in the cellars of the Valley of the Beautiful Women.
What to expect
Trip to a picturesque wine region. During the guided tour, you will enjoy the views, while the guide will tell you about the history and modernity of Hungarian winemaking, national traditions, holidays, dishes, the uniqueness and crafts of the Hungarians.
Rest in the Egerszalók thermal baths. At the foot of the snow-white salt hills, there is a resort and spa. Here you will bathe in thermal baths, appreciate the effects of a jacuzzi and improve your health – these waters contain calcium and magnesium.
Walking tour of the picturesque Eger. After the thermal complex, one of the most beautiful cities in Hungary awaits you. You will admire the Baroque architecture, hear medieval legends, and see the fortress that remembers the heroism of its defenders against the Turkish army.
Lunch and wine tasting in the Valley of the Beautiful Women. After lunch, you will visit the winemakers in the cave cellars: learn about the unique climate of the region and taste the renowned wines – "The Girl from Eger", "Bull's Blood", and others.

- Transport services are included in the price, lunch is not included
- Additional charges apply for tickets to the bath: adults – 16 euros, pensioners (over 65 years) – 13 euros, children (3-13) – 12 euros
- 2 hours are allocated for visiting the bath
- You can rent a towel at the bath complex for 8 euros and a robe for 13 euros
