This day is dedicated to idyll and relaxation. In the Bukk National Park, you will admire one of Hungary's most beautiful lakes, experience the mild microclimate, and visit unique cave baths with thermal water. Afterwards, you will explore the picturesque medieval town and taste Eger wines that are exclusive to this winemaking region of Hungary.
What to Expect
Romantic Lillafured
Your journey will begin in a resort town with wonderful landscapes and crystal-clear air. Along the shore of Lake Hamori, you will see the Lillafured Palace, an iconic landmark of the area. The lake itself is one of the most beautiful in Hungary, surrounded by parks with valuable flora and fauna.
Miskolc-Tapolca Baths
Just 7 km from the center of Miskolc, you will visit special thermal baths located in a cave with a natural lake. The water in these baths allows both adults and children of all ages to enjoy therapeutic benefits and leisure activities.
Historic Eger
You will be introduced to the main attraction of the city - the Eger Castle. You will see the basilica and the minaret that miraculously survived from the time of the Turkish invasion. To conclude the tour, we will visit the Valley of the Beautiful Women, known for its abundance of wine cellars. You will have the opportunity to dine and taste the splendid wines of Eger, especially the 'Bull's Blood'.
