About this experience
Let's get to know my favorite city! You will see Madrid as the locals know it. History, architecture, culture, transport, cuisine, traditions, and customs - how can we separate these topics that complement each other and create a complete image of Madrid? That's why we will not only stroll through the historic center - we will visit churches and bars, parks and markets, rooftops and cellars.
What to expect
My tour is a non-touristy route, it's Madrid for friends! If you have preferences, we can change the route, walk more and longer, visit well-known and secret, popular and non-touristy places.
You will see different Madrid: the youthful Malasaña district and the bohemian Chueca, alleys near Plaza Mayor. We will walk on Gran Via to climb to an observation deck and see the city from above.
You will easily navigate Madrid; from modern Madrid City to the oldest Retiro urban park, you will not get lost in the 'museum triangle'...
I will definitely show you my favorite tapas bars and coffee shops. There will be many impressions! Get to know my favorite Madrid, and it will become your favorite city!
Organizational details
Entrance tickets to observation decks (from 3 euros) and tickets for public transport (metro and bus tickets - 1.5 euros) are not included in the cost of the walk.
