About this experience
You are going to the Spanish capital and want to see all the most interesting things, but you have little time for it or just don't know where to start? I will help you quickly get oriented in the city, get acquainted with the history of Spain and Madrid. I will also share my experience of living in this sunny country, tell you about local customs, manners, and peculiarities of the mentality.
What to expect
First, we will meet in the city center, have a coffee to get to know each other and learn about the rules of behavior in the city, the places you must visit, and the ones where it's better not to appear.
Then we will go for a walk, where you will see the main attractions, magical alleys of Malasaña and Las Letras districts, and "very Spanish places" that I will tell you about along the way. We will see the central square of the city with its monuments, stroll near the Royal Palace, walk along the main street of the city Gran Vía, stroll through the art alley, and wander through the ancient streets of old Madrid. You will see how the city lives from within: courtyards, terraces, balconies, butcher shops, old confectioneries, local bars - where ordinary tourists do not go!
For dinner, we will stop at a very atmospheric place and try the most popular dishes of Spanish cuisine (bean soup, squid, and tortilla de patatas).
Of course, if you have the strength, desire, and time, we can go for a walk in nighttime Madrid. Bars, tapas, sangria, beer, and more tapas can smoothly end up in one of the popular Spanish clubs. It all depends on you, your desires, tastes, and interests!
