What to Expect
Treasures of the mountainous Adjara
You will visit 6 waterfalls: St. Andrew, Mirveti, Chkhutuneti, Chheri, Makhuntseti, and Merisi. Some of them are still undiscovered by mass tourists. Most likely, you will be there alone, which makes the trip even more attractive. You will not only enjoy beautiful views and take great photos, but if desired, you can also swim in the invigorating water.
Not Just Waterfalls
On the way, don't forget to look around and listen carefully! We will pass by historical monuments, suspension bridges, cozy houses of locals, and a fairy-tale boxwood forest. We will definitely stop at the stone arched bridge of Queen Tamar, built in the 12-13th centuries and preserved to this day. I will gladly tell you about the history of these places, the lifestyle of the residents, their traditions, culture, and cuisine.
Organizational Details
- I will pick you up from your accommodation in Batumi and bring you back after the tour
- In the summer, you can swim in rivers and waterfalls, so be sure to bring swimsuits and towels. I also recommend wearing comfortable shoes, bringing water and snacks.
- The price includes services of a Russian-speaking guide and transfer in a comfortable Toyota Prius car. Lunch is not included (optional). We can also stop for attractions on the way, try ziplining, quad biking, or a boat ride. The price for these activities is to be confirmed in the correspondence.
