Car Journey: Strolling around Skradin
From Split to Krka National Park - 100 km, but our journey will be brightened up by a stop in Skradin. The first settlement on the site of this city appeared in the Roman era, but it was soon destroyed. You will walk through the streets of the restored city and see its main places. The 18th century church, the city hall - Skradin will delight with its ancient buildings. Life of the city flows on a small magical square. There is also a local church of Little Mother of God where you will see a drawing of St. Jerome of Stridon (historians believe he was born in this area).
Furthermore, in the city we will have a break for lunch. Sea bass ragout, Skradin risotto with veal, local wine, and chocolate, walnut, and fig cake - here you will taste the best dishes of Croatian cuisine!
