If you have already seen the main Egyptian wonder, we invite you to explore other interesting places in Cairo. Our program is specially designed for families with children: it is comfortable, not tiring, takes place indoors, and includes three diverse places where you can have a fun and educational time. Let's visit pharaohs, princes, and extraordinary panoramas!
What to Expect
Manial Palace (1.5-hour tour)
We will start our journey at the beautiful 19th-century palace. You will get acquainted with the interior of the residence of an Egyptian prince. You will see furniture brought from different countries and stroll through numerous halls. You will see a bed with 800 kg of silver used for its decoration. Visit the museum of mummified animals. The complex also includes a mosque, clock tower, and a large beautiful garden.
Pharaonic Village
Then we will take you to a thematic park where children will learn about the life of ancient Egyptians. They will see how pyramids were built, how people worked in the fields, how residential houses looked from the inside, and what the daily life of that era was like. They will visit the museums of Tutankhamun, mummification, and boats. Additionally, a 45-minute boat trip is included in the program.
Cairo Tower
It was built in the '60s as a symbol of friendship between Egypt and the USSR. Located on Gezira Island, where wealthy Cairo residents live. The tower is the tallest building in the city. From the top floor, you will enjoy a magnificent view of the surroundings, including the Pyramids of Giza. Here you can relax in a cafe, have tea, or have lunch.
Organizational Details
- Transfer is included in the price (new Toyota/Kia cars with good air conditioning), driver services, and a Russian-speaking historical guide
- We can organize a tour for a larger group: for a group of 4 to 8 people, we will arrange a transfer by minivan, with an additional cost of $20
- Lunch and tickets are not included: $5 per person for the palace, $8 for the tower, $15 for the Pharaonic Village
