About this experience
My tour is not just a general walk through the main locations of Barcelona. I offer to live an amazing life of Catalans with me — from the founding of the city to the times of the Catholic kings and our days. Let's share moments of sadness and joy, laughter, and maybe wipe away a tear. You will definitely not forget this small journey through Barcelona!
What to expect
- La Rambla Boulevard. This is the main pedestrian street of Barcelona, the "nerve and pulse" of the city. I will show you its main attractions: Boqueria Market, the grand Liceu Theater, the famous drinking fountain — a cult place for FC "Barcelona" fans, "living statues," and much more.
- Guell Palace — the ancestral home of the patron and closest friend of Antonio Gaudi. The great architect designed and built this building.
- Gothic Quarter with its dark past, mysteries, and legends. You will see the cathedral, the royal palace, and the narrow streets of the El Call Jewish quarter.
- The church where Gaudi was a parishioner. You will find out where he was heading on that fateful last day of his life.
- Paseo de Gracia — the city's grand avenue with its famous "Block of Discord"
- Casa Mila — the scandalous architectural wonder by Gaudi
- Temple of the Sagrada Familia — the legendary masterpiece and the endpoint of our route
