Tamara in this case is the organizer who takes you to the village of Gelati, where one of the farms is known for its elaborate master-classes on local cuisine. You can even stay overnight (not within the framework of this trip, of course). It's a classic eco rural agrotourism, for which even a historical 19th-century house was transported from another village. Our small family group of 3 people participated in cooking three dishes without haste, and then sat down to a table full of many other delicious treats. We were even given a lot of food to take away. We had a good conversation with the hosts and Tamara about the cuisine, dishes, and Imereti. Hospitable and friendly. Overall, I recommend it, although, despite the abundance of food, the price seems slightly high. And yes, they will arrange a taxi back for you at your own expense.
