For Transit Travelers
Please note! If you have a layover in China of less than 12 hours + arrival and departure from the same terminal, you are unlikely to be issued a transit visa and allowed into the city (unfortunately, these are the rules at the moment). So in this situation, you won't be able to take the tour.
