About this experience
Tbilisi's main attractions are renowned for their uniqueness. This tour will give you a general idea of what I call the 'classics': the city, its history, and life. During this leisurely walk, I will tell you many legends and myths, as well as useful information on where to go, eat, and stay.
Program
- The main Cathedral of Georgia, Tsminda Sameba, with mesmerizing dimensions and height.
- The Baths of Tbilisi - the place where Tbilisi began and to which the city owes its name.
- Narikala Fortress - the city's hallmark. It is particularly impressive at night when illuminated. During the day, you can enjoy views from the fortress over the city.
- The 'Italian' courtyards of the old town - although they may lack Italian splendor, they have a certain charm.
- The Sioni Cathedral, home to the Saint Nino Cross, one of Georgia's main relics.
- Mtatsminda Mountain.
- We will take a modern tram-funicular to the amusement park and, if desired, ride the Ferris wheel. The view of the city from it is breathtaking.
