What to Expect
Harvard - in detail
On a walk through Historic Harvard Yard, you will learn what sets Harvard apart from other Ivy League universities. You will also get acquainted with the university's structure and its financial system.
I will tell you why Harvard ranks first in the country in the number of presidents and billionaires among alumni. You will hear about the most famous graduates and how student life is organized here. Additionally, we will talk about the intricacies of enrollment and tuition costs.
You will see the Memorial Church, the world's largest university library, educational buildings designed by two legendary American architects of the 18-19th centuries. You will appreciate Harvard's unique humor and its ability to evolve and change. And if you wish, you can perform the famous ritual that helps enhance learning abilities.
Harvard Museums
In the second part of the tour, we will visit one or two museums (depending on the season and schedule). The Museum of Natural History and the Art Museum are an important part of the educational and research process.
If you desire, I can expand the program to include a visit to the campus of another prestigious university - the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. After a lunch break, we can head there.
