What to Expect
Saint Mark's Square
I will tell you about the legendary square, where each detail has its own story. You will see architectural references to Adam and Eve, the court of King Solomon, and the chimera that turned into the lion of Saint Mark. I will introduce you to the Doge and his three undeniable companions, share the story of Saint Mark's journey to Venice, and show you the world-famous basilica that will impress you with its exquisite mosaic.
Doge's Palace and Rialto District
You will hear the history of the Doge's Palace and its inhabitants, see the romantic Bridge of Sighs and the Basilica of Santa Maria della Salute, built with the money of the locals. Then, take a leisurely stroll to the Rialto district, peek into a real Venetian Palazzo, and admire the most beautiful bridge on the Grand Canal. You will also take stunning photos and enjoy the breathtaking view of Venice.
