What to expect

In Tbilisi, there are two active synagogues, Sephardic and Ashkenazi, the Museum of History and Ethnography of Georgian Jews named after David Baazov, as well as streets where Jewish diasporas live and a kosher restaurant. All this may go unnoticed by travelers if these places are not intentionally sought out.

On the walk, you will see how amazing our city is: just a few meters off the tourist route, and you will enter a different reality. In these lesser-known corners, we will talk about the history of interethnic relations, the role of Jewish communities in the life of Tbilisi, the peculiarities of local Jewish quarters, and authentic traditions. Parallelly, other details unrelated to the main theme of the tour but equally intriguing will be revealed to you.
