In 4 hours, you will immerse yourself in the Barcelona known and loved by locals! An unexplored route will help in this — for those who are already familiar with the main sights. Views from Tibidabo Mountain, prestigious neighborhoods, Pedralbes Palace: all this and much more accompanied by stories and insights into Catalan peculiarities.
What to Expect
Off-the-beaten-path and engaging route
You will visit significant and interesting locations rarely reached by tourists. We will breeze by the Pedralbes Palace, explore fashionable Barcelona neighborhoods, admire Gaudi's dragon, and find our way through the beautiful labyrinth park. In the final part, you will visit Tibidabo Mountain, the highest point in Barcelona: you will learn about the history of the Sacred Heart Temple and ascend a spiral staircase to the Christ sculpture at the top of the church. The views from here are breathtaking.
Learn about Catalonia and its inhabitants
In addition to information about sights, I will share insights into the life and traditions of these places. You will discover which animal the Catalans compare themselves to, how human towers are built in Catalonia, and how many people participate in this tradition. Learn about Spain's national holidays and why it is important to give a "pooping log" during Christmas and New Year.
