What to Expect

Winemaking in Israel dates back at least 5-6 thousand years. And modern industrial wine production has been based for over a hundred years. Within an hour's drive from the center of Tel Aviv, there are many beautiful family-owned boutique wineries.

In our opinion, wine tourism is not just hedonism, but a full-fledged journey into a world of novelty and interest. We have dedicated a lot of effort, time, and personal charm to find and establish contacts with small family businesses. In the 21st century, they work manually and produce a very small amount of high-quality wine. The tastings and tours are conducted by the owners themselves, while we assist with translation.

We have a special attitude towards food. We will do everything ourselves and not take you to a restaurant. The food is served fresh and cooked in front of your eyes at a special picturesque place!

During the trip, you can expect a rich and diverse program:

• visit to two wineries;
• interesting stories about the history and modernity of winemaking;
• delicious breakfast;
• sunset meal;
• excellent wine;
• light snacks;
• beautiful views and panoramas of nature.

Example trip plan:

• Around 9:00 we pick you up from your place of stay, on the way we will get to know each other and talk about wines;
• Classic Israeli breakfast - shakshuka in nature;
• We visit 2 wineries in the Judean Hills, which you will choose based on our recommendations. In our preliminary correspondence, we will find out what you like.
• We enjoy a gourmet meal, prepared in front of us, and watch the sunset;
• After sunset, we take you back home.

The excursion price includes:

• breakfast and lunch with wine in nature;
• visiting two boutique wineries with stories and tastings;
• all transportation expenses, including fuel and parking.
