What to Expect

Tel Aviv and its surroundings - getting acquainted with the sights
We will pass by the main locations of dynamic Tel Aviv. You will see business centers and museums, foreign embassies and temples of unique architecture. You will learn about the city's destiny and take a stroll through the Clock Square - Kikar HaSharon. I will explain when it appeared and in honor of whom the main construction of the square - the Clock Tower - was erected. We will visit the village of Abu Ghosh, where the Monastery of the Virgin of the Ark of the Covenant is located, standing on a high hill. I will tell you about the statue on the roof of the monastery and reveal why the monastery mountain is sometimes called Mount Eliezar. In addition, I will show you "Mini Israel" - a miniature copy of the country. You will explore about four hundred realistic recreated landmarks and understand the uniqueness of this project.

Jaffa - St. Peter's Church and the city streets
Once the main port of Israel, today the historic center of Tel Aviv - Jaffa will charm you with the atmosphere of antiquity. You will discover the centuries-old history of the city and its traditions. You will learn how it is connected with Noah's Ark and the hero of ancient Greek mythology, Perseus. You will visit the Bridge of Wishes and the main shrine of Jaffa - St. Peter's Church. I will share details of its complex chronicles and reveal who visited the church on the way to Egypt. You will admire the biblical motifs in its interior, and if you are lucky, you will attend a service in English, Spanish, or Italian. Of course, I will recommend interesting places in Jaffa: streets where you can meet the creative Bohemian, the best restaurants, and an underground museum that houses many artifacts. And at the end of the tour, we will visit an exhibition of local jewelry, which will be available for purchase.
