And most importantly, you'll receive beautiful photographs to remember your journey through iconic places in Tokyo in the Asakusa, Ueno, and Shibuya districts.
What to Expect
Asakusa District
You'll visit the large temple complex Senso-ji, known for its colorful shrines and grand architecture. Walk down the Nakamise-dori shopping street, where you'll find plenty of shops with traditional Japanese souvenirs. Along the way, we'll talk about Japanese legends and explore its religious peculiarities.
Ueno District
Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of a street market, see the daily life of local residents, and experience their chaotic hustle and bustle.
Shibuya District
We'll visit Meiji Jingu Shrine surrounded by an amazing forest. This place, filled with peace and harmony, is ideal for simply enjoying solitude and nature. You'll stroll through the extensive shrine grounds, get closer to Japanese heritage, and hear stories of the city and its rulers.
The district is also famous for its modern landmarks. You'll see the statue of the legendary Hachiko, take photos at the busiest intersection, and optionally visit a robot cafe to experience the unusual service and witness how technologically advanced Japan can be.
Organizational Details
- Within a week after the photo tour, you'll receive 50-100 photographs in basic editing (color correction, lighting adjustments, and cropping). I'll send you a link to your personal gallery.
- Additional expenses: lunch at a cafe (optional), public transportation fare – around 1500 yen (€10). Guide's transportation costs are covered by the travelers.
- I have a flexible approach: the program can be adjusted to your preferences.
- If desired, I can extend the tour (each additional hour - €50)
