What to expect

Many great names of Russian and Georgian literature and art are associated with Tbilisi. It will take quite a while to list them all - from Pushkin and Rustaveli to Akhmadulina and Tarkovsky. The magnificent city gave them inspiration, they linked their destiny to it, and if they left it, mentally returned to its soulful beauty and warmth.

We will walk through the districts of Sololaki and Mtatsminda to Rustaveli Avenue. Let's visit the Tbilisi house where writers and poets gathered. We will find the house where the cult director Paradjanov lived and the gymnasium where the poet Gumilev studied. We will see the street that remembers Okudzhava and Tariverdiev, as well as the alley where Arseny Tarkovsky on an autumn evening thought of his beloved.
