What to Expect
🧀 Cheese World and Market Vibes
Morning will start with a cup of fragrant coffee and apple pie, served only with cream. We will savor this on the waterfront, which offers a beautiful view of the city. Then we will visit the cheese museum, where you can taste many types of this Dutch product, far beyond Gouda, Edam, and Maasdam. I will tell you about the ancient traditions of cheesemaking in the Netherlands. After thoroughly enjoying the taste nuances of cheeses, we will head to the market to interact with locals about the gastronomic culture. And on the way, we will visit a chocolate laboratory where you will enjoy tasting 20 types of chocolate.
🐟 Gourmet Paradise in North Amsterdam
It's no secret that you can't leave Amsterdam without trying virgin herring and cod in batter, which await you. We will visit a friendly café in the city's alleys, where fantastically delicious fish has been sold for 35 years. After cheese, chocolate, and herring, it will be time to drink: you will experience almost a ritual drinking of local vodka or liqueur in an authentic place with an incredible history.
