About this experience
I invite you to see, learn and love the picturesque corner of Portugal - Sintra! The white towers of the Royal Palace will tell you its medieval history, and walking through the luxurious halls, you will admire the famous azulejos. In the historical center, you will enjoy a leisurely walk past authentic benches and cafes. And finally, you will be greeted by the exquisite neo-Gothic Quinta da Regaleira Palace: here you will learn about its secrets, stroll through the park with fountains and grottoes, and even descend into a mysterious well.
What to expect
Our first acquaintance with the charming suburb of the Portuguese capital - Sintra will begin at the train station, from where we will walk to the National Royal Palace, the elegant interiors of which will transport us to the distant era of the Middle Ages. In this palace, you will see rare types of antique tiles, called azulejos in Portugal, beautiful furniture and tableware, painted ceilings, and tapestries.
After the palace tour, we will stroll through the miniature streets of the historic center, where cute souvenirs are sold in small shops, and you can taste local pastries with a fragrant cup of coffee in cozy cafes.
Next on our agenda will be a tour of the architectural complex Quinta da Regaleira, consisting of a beautiful palace and an exquisite park from the early 20th century with its mysterious underground tunnels, ornate pergolas, benches with esoteric symbols, and a mysterious underground well that we will descend into to try to unravel the mystery hidden within this estate.

Entrance tickets are not included in the price: National Palace of Pena - €10/person, Regaleira Palace and park - €10/person. There are discounts for seniors (over 66 years old) and children.
