Thank you for visiting my page!
My name is Yulia and I have been living in the wonderful country of Portugal for almost 16 years. Fate led me to marry a Portuguese man, which required me to leave my beloved Saint Petersburg and move to a small resort town in the outskirts of Lisbon. Since childhood, this land of discoverers seemed mysterious and enchanting to me, but I never even dreamed of finding myself here. My primary education was as a children's literature bibliographer. But here, due to my interest in culture and the Portuguese language, I completed the Tourism Information faculty at the Higher School of Tourism and Hotel Management (ESHTE). I would like to offer you walks around Lisbon and its surroundings in a casual and friendly manner. My hope is to share with you some of my knowledge and love for the country that has become my second home. And most importantly, not only immerse you in the city's atmosphere, introduce you to key moments of its history, but also talk about the cuisine, traditions, and life of the Portuguese people.
